You can create your own media/advertising survey on a catalog request page. Multiple catalog types may be entered (i.e. Automotive, Motorcycle, Racing, etc.). Any number of media types and selections may be entered.
Catalog requests and survey results are emailed in an Excel spread sheet (CSV) file using an automated scheduler. The media results are also tabulated and presented in a report so you can see at a glance what the most popular media choices are.
