All EtechGlobal clients must accept the following 3 Terms of Service agreements:
1.) EtechGlobal Domain Service Agreement 2.) EtechGlobal Merchant Service Agreement 3.) EtechGlobal Merchant Guidelines
The three agreements above basically state that you agree to provide your own domain name, refrain from selling illegal goods or services, pay for the services provided by EtechGlobal and that you understand that you will own the content and images within your site while leasing the application itself. You are encouraged to print and read them before you sign up.
